Melissa Fell

Chief Administrative Officer

Melissa joined Parametric in 2012 after having worked in Human Resources at Eaton Vance since 2006. She is the Chair of Parametric’s Executive Committee and has led Parametric’s Business Administration, Human Resources and Corporate Communications teams. She earned a BA in psychology and minor in business from Stonehill College and a MS in human resources from Suffolk University.
