Our mission
Parametric is committed to making a difference in our local communities through volunteering time and expertise, raising awareness, and providing financial support and donations to help charitable organizations make positive change.

Our goals
To engage employees in community service, form partnerships with charities that align with our values, educate about adversity in our community, and communicate our charitable giving opportunities internally and externally.

Our programs

Volunteer time off

We offer eight hours of VTO per year, a paid day off from job duties so employees can give back to their community.

Volunteer Incentive Program

All full-time permanent US employees can apply to receive grants for as many as two nonprofit organizations each year by logging volunteer hours.

Global Volunteer Month

June is Global Volunteer Month, a time when employees across Morgan Stanley demonstrate our deep, long-standing commitment to serving our communities.

Annual Appeal gift matching

All US employees’ charitable gifts are eligible for corporate matching. The firm will match 100% for donations to the Morgan Stanley Foundation and 25% for those to any other public US 501(c)(3), up to $4,000.

Parametric supported the efforts of DonorsChoose to equip public school teachers from across the country with much-needed materials and technology for their students.
