Mr. Langstraat is responsible for Parametric’s firm-wide strategy and organizational development. Since joining Parametric in 1990, Brian has held positions in portfolio management, product development, portfolio administration, marketing, and client service. In 2014, Brian was elected to the Eaton Vance Corp Board of Directors. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Washington.

Ms. Smith is Parametric’s Chief Administrative Officer, and a member of the Executive Management Team. She provides oversight and strategic leadership of the company’s overall operations functions that include: Middle and Back Office Operations, Information Technology, Risk Management, Compliance, Human Resources and Administrative functions. Prior to joining Parametric in 2013, Christine was President, COO and co-founder of BNY Mellon Beta & Transition Management where she provided strategic and operational leadership. She has over 25 years of experience working exclusively in the Financial Services Industry. She earned a B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Bouchey leads Parametric’s Investment, Research and Strategy activities. He is responsible for setting the overall research agenda and new product development. Prior to joining Parametric in 2006, Paul was a senior researcher at Russell Investment Group, where he focused on simulation, optimization, and quantitative decision models for institutional and private clients. He holds a patent on cross-sectional volatility indexing and has authored more than 10 academic and practitioner articles in journals such as The Journal of Portfolio Management, The Journal of Wealth Management, and The Journal of Index Investing. Paul earned a B.A. in mathematics and physics from Whitman College and an M.S. in Computational Finance and Risk Management from the University of Washington. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Mr. Seto is responsible for all portfolio management and trading at the Seattle Investment Center, and is a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, Thomas served as the Head of U.S. Equity Index Investments at Barclays Global Investors. He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Mr. Butler works to help determine the strategic direction of Parametric by researching developing market trends and helping to identify, partner with, acquire and integrate new business initiatives. Prior to joining Parametric in 2011, Reuben was Director, APAC for Russell Indexes, where his responsibilities included the development and management of the Russell index business throughout Asia and Australia/NZ. He earned his B.A. from Seattle University.

Mr. Breshock is responsible for distribution channel management for the HNW/Retail, International and DCIO Institutional segments. Bob also leads Parametric’s  Family Office Advisory Group,  a family office resource.  Prior to joining Parametric in 1998, Bob was a vice president with Harris Bank and a manager in the Family Wealth and Financial Planning practice of Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Wabash College and his J.D. from Valparaiso University.

Mr. Chaffee is responsible for formulating strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Minneapolis and Westport Investment Centers. Prior to joining Parametric in 2008*, Kip held a number of executive positions within the financial services industry including VP of Corporate Strategy and Development for Ameriprise Financial Services and President and COO of Hantz Financial Services. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA with a finance concentration from The Wharton School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Mr. Ciro oversees the Product Management team, responsible for strategic positioning of Parametric investment solutions. Prior to joining Parametric in 2013, Rob was Managing Director Global Client Service for Wilshire Analytics. Prior to that, he held senior positions in business strategy, management of sales and relationship management, custom investment outsourcing, sales and portfolio trading with Russell Investments. He earned a M.S.F. from Seattle University and a B.A. from the University of Washington.

Mr. Barrett leads the Institutional Sales and Service team, which encompasses Business Development, Consultant Relations and Client Service teams targeting North American investors. He also oversees the Marketing and Wealth Management Sales teams. Prior to joining Parametric in 2011, James was with Russell Investments, where he held the position of Managing Director, Business Development - Americas. James earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Mr. Simchuk leads the Wealth Management Group at Parametric.  The Wealth Management Group is responsible for business development and client service in the Family Office and RIA market.  Prior to joining Parametric in 2003, John was a Principal and Portfolio Manager at Sirach Capital Management and a Client Service Executive at the Frank Russell Trust Company. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He is a CFA® charter holder and is a member of the Seattle Society of Financial Analysts.

Mr. Hansen leads the investment management teams located in the Minneapolis and Westport offices. Since joining Parametric in 1985*, Jack has managed futures, swaps, options, and other derivative based programs. He writes and lectures on the use of derivatives in portfolio management. He earned a B.S. degree in Finance and Economics from Marquette University and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Prior to joining Parametric in 2006*, Jon was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities where he founded and managed the Equity Linked Solutions Group. He earned a B.S. in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Mr. Berman is responsible for Trading and Operations at the Westport Investment Center. Prior to joining Parametric in 2006*, Larry was a Principal at Wolverine Trading, one of the largest options market-makers in the world. At Wolverine, he was the Head Trader in charge of all trading in the New York office on the American Stock Exchange and the COMEX and was responsible for over 90 equity/index options as well as market-making in ETFs and structured products. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Mr. Henne leads the investment team responsible for the implementation and enhancement of Parametric’s Customized Exposure Management product. Since joining Parametric in 2004*, Justin has gained extensive experience trading a wide variety of derivative instruments in order to meet each client’s unique exposure and risk management objectives. He earned a B.A. in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Mr. Atwill leads the Investment Strategy team at Parametric, which is responsible for all aspects of Parametric’s investment strategies. In addition, he holds investment responsibilities for Parametric’s emerging market and international equity strategies, as well as shared responsibility for the firm’s commodity strategy. Prior to his current role, Timothy worked at Russell Investments in their manager research unit, and in their trading group, implementing derivative strategies for institutional clients. Prior to his time at Russell, he worked as a non-life actuary and derivatives portfolio manager at Safeco Insurance Company. Tim holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College, as well as a B.A. in Mathematics from Reed College, and has been a CFA® Charterholder since 2003.

Mr. Lee leads the investment team that oversees investment strategies managed in Parametric’s Minneapolis and Westport Centers. In his current position, Tom directs the research efforts that support existing strategies and form the foundation for new strategies. He is also chair of the Investment Committee that has oversight of these strategies. Tom has co-authored articles on topics ranging from liability driven investments to risk parity. Prior to joining Parametric in 1994*, Tom spent two years working for the Federal Reserve in Washington, D.C. He earned a B.S. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

Ms. Williams is responsible for setting the Australian research agenda in Australia. Prior to joining Parametric in 2014, Raewyn was Director, After-Tax Investment Strategies at Russell Investments. Raewyn is a current member of Taxation Institute of Australia Superannuation Committee and is a past member of the Financial Services Council Tax Expert Group, FTSE ASFA Advisory Committee and ASFA Tax Policy Subcommittee. Raewyn is a qualified solicitor, graduating with Bachelors of Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law UTS. Raewyn is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Mr. Everding is responsible for risk management and product development at the Westport Investment Center. Prior to joining Parametric in 2005, Ken was a Managing Director at Zurich Capital Markets and BNP Paribas following Zurich’s acquisition. At Zurich, Ken’s team was the pioneer in creating structured hedge fund products. He earned a Ph.D. in Theoretical Particle Physics from Yale University. The title of his Ph.D. thesis is “Aspects of Non-Perturbative Quantum Electrodynamics”, excerpts of which have been published in leading academic journals. He also earned a B.S. with honors in Physics from Iowa State University.
